Refund Policy

At Consumer Sahaayata Kendra, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with the work provided. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service and do not wish to continue further, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, and you notify us within 2 days from the date of service delivery. Please provide a clear explanation of why the service did not meet your expectations.

2. Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at report@consumersahaayatakendra.in. We will review your case and assess whether a refund is appropriate.

3. Refund Amount

The refund will be issued based on the portion of the service that has not been completed or delivered. If significant progress or completion has been made, a partial refund may be provided.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days.
